What to expect

Our rooms are quiet and warm, inviting you to completely relax.

Typically, sessions are given while lying on a massage table. A client is not expected to disrobe to receive Bowenwork. You may enjoy wearing light clothing (a t-shirt and shorts or loose, lightweight pants similar to yoga pants); it is most important for you to be comfortable. If you are unable to comfortably lie on a massage table, we will arrange pillows or have you sit in a massage chair. If you use a wheelchair, you may remain in your chair during your session.

A session may last from 30 mins to 1 hour, individuals vary. The initial consultation, evaluation and treatment session is usually near 1¹/₂ hours.

Wellness packages and Senior Discounts

In order to help make your healthcare more affordable, there are wellness packages available. For clients over 65, please inquire about the Senior Discount package.

Provision for insurance benefits

Many insurances plans are accepted (see the following list). If you do not see your insurance provider listed please inquire as the list is continually changing.

Prior to your appointment, it is required that insurance benefits are verified with the insurance company. As of May 2009, many plans require a prescription and all plans require diagnosis codes from a credentialed provider. Please contact the office for more specific information.
